How to Sign-up

Learn how to sign-up online and begin using your FitOn Health (formerly Peerfit Move) benefit today!

To sign up online please follow the instructions below.

Note: If you have already signed up over the phone and haven't yet accessed your account line, please call our customer service team at (855) 378-6683 so that our agents can assist you with converting your account to an online account.

After arriving at, click "Sign Up" in the top-right corner of your screen.

Next you'll be presented with a screen where you'll enter in your preferred email address and choose a secure password to create your account.

Helpful Tip: Your password must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least 1 capital letter, at least 1 lowercase letter, and at least 1 special character (ie. #, !).

Ensure to check the box that you've acknowledged the Terms of Use, prior to clicking "Next."

On the next screen, you'll be asked to enter in your first name, last name, date of birth, and zip code, all which must match what is on file with your Medicare plan. Click "Submit."

Note: If your information isn't matching, there are a few items to check.

  • Moved recently? Try the zip code from your previous home address.
  • Remember to use your legal name or the name you're insured under.
  • Double check the date of birthday format: MM/DD/YYYY
