I purchased a membership mid-month and the credits deducted from my account were less than the amount of the membership cost. Why?

When purchasing a membership to certain facilities, your membership may be prorated based on the date of the purchase.

When you're ready to commit to a facility as a monthly member, we understand that you may not have your full subsidy available to use. Proration for select memberships is simply implemented to allow you the opportunity to participate in fitness experiences without the wait.

On the 1st of the succeeding month of purchase, your membership will attempt to renew at the full membership credit cost. If you do not have enough credits to fulfill the renewal or have a credit card on file to cover the difference in credits owed, your membership may be at risk of cancellation.
